Hampshire Manor House Kitchens, Pantry & Boot Room

Collaborating with Godrich Interiors we created the Dining Kitchen, Prep kitchen, Pantry and Boot Room for this elegant Hampshire manor house refurbished by CC Construction.

Featuring oak and hand-painted Shadow white cabinetry with quartzite and marble throughout, our designs incorporate a range of classic traditional carpentry details that reflect the home's period character. A shared vision for a cohesive feel across the spaces was achieved with subtle variations in each room, maintaining a harmonious and timeless aesthetic.

The island in the Dining Kitchen features framed furniture with cott beading in oak finished with an ivory lacquer to protect and enhance the wood's natural colour and grain. The Bianco Eclipsia quartzite worktop with a dupont edge profile and leathered finish, combine practicality with refined traditional detailing.

A range cooker from Officine Gullo with burnished brass trim and coordinating drawer cabinets either side, sits within the arched chimney breast with a beautiful book-matched honed Carrara marble backsplash.

Wall mounted cabinets adjacent to the oak dining table have coordinating framed fronts hand painted in 'Shadow White' blending seemlessly with the wall colour.

Two traditional Dutch pantries with raised centre panels and moulding details hand-painted in the same 'Shadow White' as the fitted cabinets provide elegant storage for crockery, serving dishes and accessories, blending functionality with classic design.

In the separate prep kitchen the fitted furniture mirrors the dining kitchen's framed fronts with cott bead detailing & bronze fittings maintaining a cohesive style throughout the space.

At the centre, our version of a traditional cook's table in solid oak has a Carrara marble and wooden top - ideal for a range of preparation tasks from rolling out pastry to chopping vegetables.

Leading off the prep kitchen, the walk-in pantry is separated by a half-glazed and French-polished oak screen with ovolo and lambs-tongue beading details. Inside a mix of open and closed oak cabinetry follows the style of the adjoining rooms and traditional kitchen wall shelving painted in shadow white, adds extra storage while maintaining the light and clean aesthetic.

Worktops and backsplashes are also Bianco Eclipsia quartzite ensuring continuity across the spaces.

For the boot room, more natural oak cabinetry is paired with some hand painted elements in 'Dix Blue' for panelling, wall cabinets and the back rest of the the central seating and storage feature.

A large Belfast sink set within the quartzite worktop is perfect for flower arranging, cleaning chores and tackling muddy boots.
