Getting started: When you’re ready, our designer will start by taking a detailed brief to understand your exact requirements and advise you on the best options to turn your ideas into reality. While each project is truly bespoke to suit you and your space, we have displays of our work along with samples of finishes and fittings in the showrooms for you to see.
The design process: With the brief and a guide to your budget our designer will work on some initial ideas and an outline quotation for you. Depending on the type of project, we will prepare detailed sketches or CAD drawings to present at a further meeting. Some tweaks and alterations can then be made before the design and quotation is finalised.
Production begins: Once you’ve placed your order, final production drawings are completed and issued to our workshop in Derbyshire where our experienced craftsmen begin work on creating your project. Sourcing and selecting the best materials and components for you, we only work with trusted, quality suppliers of products which we know perform to our exacting standards over years of use.
Project co-ordination: Final service drawings are completed and distributed to all the relevant parties involved in the project including your architect, Interior Designer and main contractor as applicable. Our team will visit site to check dimensions, monitor the development of the space, establish any access issues and liaise with the other professionals and trades involved. So that everything runs smoothly, we take responsibility for ensuring our area of the site is prepared as planned, so you don’t have to and our installation is scheduled in to suit site progress.
Delivery, Installation and After-sales: Your order is delivered to your home and is carefully unpacked by our experienced joiners. How long the installation will take depends on the size and nature of the project. We are aware that work carried out in the home can be disruptive, and we aim to make the process as professional, efficient and personal as possible.
Once the installation has been completed our team will make sure you’re happy with everything. We like to return around six months after installation just to check everything over make any adjustments that may be needed as everything has settled in. Our teams are then available to for return visits should you need any adjustments or repairs in the future to maintain everything working properly and looking good.
